What We’re Seeking
Presently, we seek a Maintenance Runner possessing adept repair skills to enhance our guests' experiences. As a Maintenance Runner, you'll contribute to the maintenance requirements across all Vacasa properties. Your days will be spent traveling between homes, addressing basic maintenance needs, and promptly resolving urgent issues to support our guest operations team.
Compensation
$16 per hour
Up to $100 per month car allowance for eligible employees

Key Responsibilities
• Undertake varied tasks including traveling, performing basic maintenance in homes, and providing support to the operations team.
• Handle tasks such as trash removal, delivering linens to housekeepers, and performing minor repairs like hanging pictures, fixing blinds, and changing light bulbs.
• Develop skills in home repairs encompassing appliance troubleshooting, cable/wifi issues, basic HVAC knowledge, and light plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks.
• Maintain regular correspondence via email and phone with both local and central teams.
• Manage inventory, order, and replenish maintenance supplies.
Qualifications
• Effective communicator, proficient in engaging with guests, owners, housekeeping, maintenance, and local/central teams through various mediums.
• Problem-solving aptitude to address unforeseen challenges promptly and collaborate with teams to turn issues into opportunities.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and exhibit flexibility during peak vacation periods.
• Leadership qualities to take initiative, think critically, and interact positively with others.
• Comfortable with computer usage; adept at navigating software systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Demonstrated commitment to driving positive change and enhancing customer experiences.
