About the Role:

A thrilling opportunity has emerged for a Composite Paint Technician, under the guidance of the Paint Team Leader, to support the Paintshop department in servicing our expanding external client base.

As the Composite Paint Technician, your duties will encompass:

• Preparing and masking panels for the painting process.

• Applying various primers, paints, clearcoats, and specialized coatings.

• Finalizing the finishing touches on painted components for inspection.

• Operating spray booths and ovens.

• Implementing various mixing techniques.

• Adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Maintaining a pristine workspace and observing housekeeping regulations.

• Traveling to external clients, if necessary.

• Demonstrated practical experience in modern paint procedures.

• Profound understanding of composite paint techniques.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute given directives accurately.

• Strong communication skills.

• Adaptability to high-pressure environments and strict deadlines.
